Exceptionally clean and pleasant hotel, views are nice, location is unbeatable in front of the old post office. The staff ensures you have a very very good time, they are very amiable. The breakfast includes good food like croissants, yoghourt, and cheese.

Hotel just in front of the central station of Metz. An underground parking around the corner. Outdated hotel with very ugly dark red carpet in the whole hotel. If you just want to spend a night in Metz, it is okay. Staff speaks well English.
Neihbourhood is a typicall central station environment, not very pleasant.

Clean rooms, nice staff, overall the value was OK for the price
Poor breakfast buffet, optional though and I would recommend going to one of the bakeries around the corner

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and the location was very central. Even though it is right across from the train station (which is a surprisingly beautiful building), it is a safe and pleasant location near the very worth a visit Centre Pompidou. The staff is very friendly and recommended a great restaurant nearby (Romarin) which we really enjoyed.
The breakfast is very overpriced for what they offer.

We arrived by train -- it's right across the street. Rooms are comfortable and clean, though they're in the process of remodeling, so some things don't look finished. Staff were pleasant, though with not much English ability. About a 15-minute walk to the center of town, but only about 5 min. To Pompidou Center.
Café downstairs got a little noisy in the evening, but they closed at 11:30. After that, not too bad. We could smell the cigarette smoke from the café with the window open.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the Cathedral and other magnificent churches in Metz. Its proximity to the train station is a major advantage, offering easy access to transportation for exploring the city. the staff, especially Robert, at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the view from the room was breathtaking.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can be uncomfortable during warm weather.

nothing except location
location was great but hotel is very tired. Reception is a good indiction of rest of hotel, old neeeds decorating and updating.Rooms were not much better than backpacker rooms. Bed meant to be a double but was 2 singles pushed together. pillows terrible the only thing was hot water was good. shower was old and needed replacing. All in all wouldnt recommend nor would i stay there again if known would of paid 30 euro tops for that room
